A Fiscal Impossiblity

    Upkeep attempts to restore ‘impossible’ properties that are caught in a strange bottleneck. Initial repair costs often exceed the final value in these projects, with some buildings costing hundreds of thousands of dollars more than what they are worth upon completion. The bottleneck is made because the completion of these properties is crucial to the success of our hometown.

These projects are only made possible through the reinvestment of profits from Upkeep’s other public services. At completion, most properties are held and leased in hopes of a long-term return on investment. Therefore, by utilizing and supporting Upkeep, you help restore and preserve our hometown.

Mattoon Markdown LLC is a building supply warehouse that sells shingles, siding, mini splits, flooring, trim, and other materials at huge discounts. Bulk buyers get a premium price. Full truckload delivery is available all over the US.

Roof Coating

We are a licensed roofing company that specializes in roof coatings. For commercial applications, we are distributors for multiple companies’ silicone and acrylic products. Additionally, we have chemists at our disposal to ensure the proper product is used on your roof. If coating is not possible, we can also help with replacement.

Residential Roofing

As a licensed roof company we can help with replacement. We also have two different shingle coatings that can be applied for up to a 15 year leak/curling free warranty. One of the products is used on new construction installs. The other is used to revive older roofs. These services come at a small fraction of the cost of a roof replacement.
